Information the project inquiry collects

When you submit the contact form, it collects the information you enter or select:

• your name;
• business or organization;
• email address;
• telephone or WhatsApp number;
• selected service;
• budget range;
• project timeline;
• your current situation;
• your desired result; and
• your preferred response method.

Why we collect and use it

OptimyzeBZ Ltd. uses this information to understand the project, review its likely scope and respond to your inquiry through your preferred contact method or another contact method you provided.

Submitting a project inquiry does not automatically add your information to a marketing mailing list.

OptimyzeBZ Concierge

The concierge is a deterministic, rule-based website guide. It is not generative AI and does not use an external AI service. Quick-action and recommendation choices are handled in your browser. A typed question is sent to our local website endpoint so it can be matched against approved OptimyzeBZ information.

The concierge does not create an account, store a chat transcript, use browser storage, send email, or submit a project brief. It does not automatically navigate you away from the page. The website host may still create ordinary security and request logs, which can include technical information such as an IP address and request time.

A short-lived per-IP rate-limit record stores only a one-way IP hash and timestamps for up to ten minutes to protect the endpoint from excessive requests. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Use the project inquiry form, email, or WhatsApp when you want to contact the team.

Delivery and system records

Messages may be delivered to authorized OptimyzeBZ project inboxes so the appropriate team members can review and respond to the inquiry.

Normal email and website hosting systems may retain server, security or delivery logs. Those systems may also retain message records according to their operational settings and retention practices. We do not claim that inquiry information is never retained.

Correction or deletion requests

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing info@optimyzebz.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the inquiry and understand your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Some information may remain in routine email, hosting or system records for a period of time, including where it is needed for security, operational or legal reasons.
